If you care about your vehicle, time, or the law - donβt go here. Upon picking up my car there were clear signs my car had been lived in, smoked in, and alcohol was consumed in the vehicle. They also misdiagnosed my electrical concern, but that was the least of what happened here. This was not just an out of the ordinarily poorly run auto shop. I had my car returned to me after a misdiagnosed inspection to find not only empty liquor and beer bottles, but cat piss in the trunk. Local police had to show up since the owner started shouting at me to get out when these were brought to his attention. While cleaning up later I also found a broken tip of a glass pipe under the passenger seat. There was also loose tobacco, smoke smell-which the shop admitted to smoking in my car-and spilled soda. They broke parts of the interior and there were a few extra stains. The gas tank was empty when dropped off half full. The invoice listed total miles as 1 when dropped off so I canβt see how many miles they drove. Do not go here. I cannot even fathom what else happened in my car. Interior smells rancid. Photos attached.

I took my car about a month ago, and when I first talk to them, they said it was $150 for diagnostics. Well, I ended up paying almost $300 for nothing. The diagnosis they gave me was erroneous for what my car really needed. I am sure they are good, but they wanted to change $700+ for something that wasnβt going to fix the issue.

YES!!! Awesome service, AMAZING guys! **IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS** My car wouldn't start (I happened to be at Food Lion, right across the parking lot), and I walked over to Wallace's. They actually seemed to care (I don't know my guy's name, but he was an angel!!!). Went over to my car across the lot, found the issue immediately, and fixed it on the spot. They saved me hundreds of dollars out of the goodness of their hearts! AND, apparently they are the only auto electric place in the southβGO TO THEM!! they are so wonderful! Thank you!!

Hello everyone, I would never recommend this place to anyone! I took my truck to this place at 8am in the morning, to get my passenger seat checked because it would not go forward and backwards. I spoke with these guys a month prior and made an appointment for 10-29-25. At noon on my lunch break I rode through the shop and noticed my truck was still parked where I left it, so caked back around 2 pm to get an update ( no response the phone said leave a message. So around 2:15 I went by to ask about my truck, they stated that the technician was about to pull it in so I asked would it be finished by today. He stated yesβ¦ 45 mins later I get a call letting me know my driver seat is not operable, which I knew already and I explained tht it was the passenger seat not the drivers seat. So basically they didnβt look at the correct seat and a told me I owed $204.00 for labor and shop supplies. Mind you the labor rate was $140.00 an hour. I told them tht I already knew the seat was not operable and it doesnβt make since to charge me for something I already knew but the problem still existed and I was charged 204.00 for less than an hour worth of time and investment. Long story short this pla

I cannot thank enough the great people at Wallace's Auto Electric for doing such a great job replacing and upgrading the carburetor, installing solid lifters and a racing cam in Dad's Shelby Cobra. The sound alone is fabulous and well worth the price of admission but I'm told it is also dangerously fast!
